Requests and quotes
A submission is a request for review, not an automatic quote, acceptance, or production commitment. A project begins only after scope, price, timing, and payment requirements are confirmed.
Files and rights
You confirm that you have the right to provide and reproduce submitted files and references. We may decline projects involving intellectual-property concerns, unsafe uses, prohibited items, or work outside our capabilities.
Fit and performance
3D printed parts have material and process limitations. Unless explicitly stated in writing, parts are not certified for medical, life-safety, food-contact, pressure-bearing, weapon, or other safety-critical uses.
Custom work
Color, surface, dimensions, and finish may vary within the practical limits of the selected process. Any tolerances, assembly, finishing, or special performance requirements must be included in the accepted quote.
Cancellations and shipping
Custom work may not be cancellable after production begins. Shipping risk, pickup timing, remake terms, and any project-specific conditions will be addressed with the quote where relevant.
Operator
