The shortest useful answer

Upload the file if you have one. If not, send clear photos, dimensions, and a description. Tell us the quantity, finished size, use, and deadline. We will review the project, recommend FDM or resin, and quote it before production.

What file types can I send?

STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP, ZIP, PNG, JPG, JPEG, and PDF. You can send several files in one request.

Can you print something if I do not have a 3D file?

Maybe. Send photos, a sketch, dimensions, or a description. We will tell you whether custom modeling is practical and quote that work separately.

Do you offer resin and FDM printing?

Yes. Resin is usually best for fine detail. FDM is usually best for functional, larger, or more economical parts. We can recommend one.

Can you recreate a broken part?

Often, especially for non-safety-critical clips, covers, knobs, mounts, and adapters. Fit-critical work may require the original part or careful measurements.

Can you print just one item?

Yes. One-off parts and single prototypes are welcome.

Do you work with businesses?

Yes. We handle prototypes, jigs, fixtures, enclosures, replacement components, and low-volume runs.

Do you ship? Is pickup available?

Shipping is available. Local pickup may be arranged; details are confirmed with the quote because projects vary in size and handling.

How is pricing determined?

Material, machine time, setup, support material, finishing, quantity, risk, and any modeling work all affect price. We review the project before quoting.

How long does printing take?

It depends on size, process, finishing, queue, and whether the model needs revision. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm what is realistic.

Can you paint or assemble models?

Ask for the finish you need. Assembly or finishing may be available depending on the project; it is only included when clearly stated in the quote.

What materials are available?

Material choice depends on heat, impact, flex, UV exposure, detail, appearance, and use. We will recommend a practical fit after reviewing the project.

Can you print copyrighted characters?

Only when you have the right or permission to reproduce the design. We may decline work that appears to violate intellectual-property rights.

Can you print functional weapon components?

No. We do not accept functional weapon components or work intended to defeat legal or safety requirements.

Still not sure?

Send what you have. A question with a photo is a perfectly good request.
