Reference quality matters
Clear, well-lit photos from several angles plus a few important measurements make a large difference in what can be evaluated remotely.

A photo, broken part, sketch, reference image, or measured idea may be enough to start. We will determine whether it can be modeled and printed.
Quick answer
You do not always need a 3D file to request a print. Clear photos, a sketch, a broken sample, and important dimensions may be enough for us to evaluate custom modeling. Modeling is scoped and quoted separately before the final object is printed.

Selected work
Digital studies establish proportion, silhouette, and surface before a physical print exists. The finished object starts with decisions made on screen.

How we evaluate it
Clear, well-lit photos from several angles plus a few important measurements make a large difference in what can be evaluated remotely.
If a new model is required, we scope and quote that design work before production. Complex revisions or engineering work may require a separate plan.
A replacement that snaps, seals, threads, or mates with another object may need the original part or careful hands-on measurement.
Common questions
Sometimes. Photos from multiple angles, a ruler for scale, and critical dimensions can be enough for simpler objects.
No. New design or reconstruction work is identified and quoted separately from printing.
Not always, but fit-critical replacements are more accurate when the original or mating object can be measured directly.
