SEND IT
Upload a 3D file, photo, sketch, PDF, or reference. Add a plain-language description and deadline.
A simple request lifecycle
Upload the project, receive a human-reviewed quote, approve payment, and move through production, pickup, or shipping.
The process
Every request receives a unique OK3D number. Nothing is printed and no payment is due until the file, use, material, finish, quantity, and price have been reviewed with you.

We check printability, scale, process, material, finish, quantity, and anything that needs clarification.
We send pricing and the project details we are quoting. Nothing is printed and no payment is due before approval.
After approval and payment, the project moves into production, post-processing, pickup, or shipping.
Status language
The production dashboard uses clear states so a request is not treated like an unstructured email thread. Every status change is logged, so you can ask what “NEEDS INFO” or “POST-PROCESSING” means for your specific project at any point.
Common process questions
Most requests are reviewed within one to two business days. Complex or unusual files may take longer, and we will tell you if that's the case.
Send clear photos, a sketch, dimensions, or a description instead. We will tell you whether custom modeling is a realistic starting point before quoting anything.
No. Payment is collected only after you approve the quoted scope and price, not when you first submit a request.
Yes, within reason. Tell us what changed and we will confirm whether it affects the price, timeline, or material before continuing.
Do not wait until every technical choice is solved. That is part of the review.
