What we collect

We collect the contact details, project description, specifications, files, fulfillment preference, and communications you submit. Payment details are processed by Stripe when a quote is accepted; we do not store raw card numbers.

How we use it

Information is used to review and manage requests, store project files, prepare quotes, communicate, process approved payments, produce work, arrange fulfillment, prevent abuse, and maintain required business records.

File storage

Uploaded project files are stored privately and associated with a unique request. Large files are not sent as email attachments. Operational messages contain references for authenticated review.

Sharing

We use service providers only where needed for hosting, private storage, email delivery, payment processing, and essential operations. We do not sell customer data. Projects are not placed in the public gallery without permission.

Retention and requests

Project records may be retained for production history, support, accounting, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. To ask about your information, email brandon@wearefirstmatter.com and include your request number when available.
